Dancer & Choreographer:
Naomi Tan

Naomi received her formal dance training locally at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, and over her dance career, had the privilege of working with renowned choreographers such as Lim Fei Shen (Singapore), Peter Chin (Canada), Wallie Wolfgruber (USA), Pichet Klunchun (Thailand) and Angela Liong (Singapore).

 

For over 2 years, she performed as a full-time professional dancer at one of Singapore’s most established contemporary dance companies, The Arts Fission Company, sparking Naomi’s interest in creating works for unconventional performance spaces, as well as a passion for improvisational and audience-interactive works.

 

Interested in what contemporary dance can bring to everyone, artists or not, she conceptualised and founded Project Plait with the aim to create experiences that dancers and non-dancers alike could appreciate. 

Chef Nixon Low

Nixon first found his interest in cooking during a Culinary Science module at Temasek Polytechnic, from which he graduated with a Diploma in Hospitality Management.

Immediately after, he worked with Peranakan Chef Violet Oon and since then, he has honed his skills at numerous fine dining establishments like The Scarlet Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel, Sque, Restaurant Andre, Saint Pierre, Crescendas Hospitality Management and Petite Menu.

 

Named a Top Local Chef in Singapore 2014 by

SG Magazine Online, he represented Singapore in various international competitions, helping to clinch awards such as the 2013 Dubai World Hospitality Championships, where he served as Team Captain, as well as defending world champions at Luxembourg Expogast 2014.

Bursting with enthusiasm for his craft,

Chef Nixon is always on the lookout for opportunities to find exciting and unique ways to present Food. The down-to-earth chef believes in staying humble and working hard. "Cook hard or go home" is his personal mantra.

Eudea Tan

Eudea is a full-time producer and director under her own production company, Wasuremono Films. She also worked previously on TheSmartLocalTV as a co-producer behind popular local YouTube series 'Singaporeans Try', where she developed a keen eye for creative storytelling using video as a medium.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and New Media, and a minor in Film studies from the National University of Singapore.

​

Eudea seeks to explore a new artistic dimension in videography and to bring a fresh, invigorating experience to the table.
